Returns Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. All orders are shipped with insurance. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Should you receive a damaged item or package, you will need to file a claim with the carrier.


When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Order Processing

Order processing time is 7-10 business days. Please note that preorder items have a turnaround time of 2 weeks.
